Delivery Fee Updates
As we continue to navigate a very challenging global supply chain, freight and transportation costs continue to rise at unprecedented rates. We have done our best to try and absorb as much of this burden on behalf of our customers, but in order to continue offering high levels of service we will need to make an adjustment to our fuel surcharge. Effective Friday June 24th, we will be increasing our surcharge to $12.00.

At this time, we will no longer be offering CDR service on Saturdays. The option to submit them on the web will not be available after close on Fridays, and will remain off until opening hours Monday mornings. Our phone agents will not have the ability to take price requests on Saturdays either.

Dear Valued Customer
2020 has been a trying year, full of unique and difficult challenges. At Mygrant Glass, we are thankful that we’ve been afforded the opportunity to serve the many essential businesses like yours that power our industry, and help keep millions of consumers safe and on the road each year. Now more than ever, we are grateful for your continued support of our business.
One of the biggest challenges we’ve collectively faced is a congested and constrained global supply chain. Increasing lead times are causing major gaps in distributor inventories, and port congestion and equipment shortages are driving freight costs up significantly. Unfortunately, these increases are being passed along to us by our suppliers and in the coming weeks Mygrant will need to adjust some of our pricing to you. These adjustments will vary based on product category and supplier, but likely will range between 0 and 10%. While some parts will need to be adjusted up, we will still strive to compete for every part. As we always do, we will keep reviewing our inventory assortment, costs and prices for opportunities to share concessions with you.
While some of our pricing may change, one thing that won’t is our commitment to you and your customers. Our service, our inventory and our footprint will still be operated with you in mind first.

To Our Valued Customers,
As of now, auto repair is considered an essential service in the wake of the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic. Mygrant Glass Company is open, and we are doing our part to slow the spread of COVID-19. Our plan is to remain open during the pandemic in compliance with regulations dictated by both local and federal mandates.
Two weeks ago, we ceased all air travel for our Employees. At our customer facing locations, we implemented procedures to take extra precautions at each facility, as well as extending those procedures to your delivery runs. Employee cleansing and sanitation requirements include the following:
- Any employee that feels sick or exhibits symptoms is required to stay home and cannot return to work until symptom free for at least two full consecutive days and permission is granted by their manager.
- Employees will practice frequent and thorough handwashing throughout the day, and maintain a three to six foot distance from all other people at all times.
- If an employee is handling glass, accessories, paperwork, pens, tablets, etc., they are required to wear gloves at all times throughout the day.
- Each employee will be assigned one tablet for the day, which will be sanitized before and after their shift. Customers will not be allowed to touch tablets to sign for product.

OEM Logoed Glass
We are excited to announce the addition of OEM logoed glass to our parts offering! These are the same original equipment manufacturer glass parts that are sold by auto dealers, and are now available for purchase from a few specific Mygrant Glass locations. We are just beginning to receive these parts into our inventory and we hope to grow our offering in the future based on demand. Please note that we will accept returns on these parts ONLY within 5 days of purchase, and only for parts entirely without damage. All OEM returns will incur a 10% restocking fee. We ask that you very carefully inspect each OEM part upon receipt of delivery or will call before signing to accept the part in undamaged condition.
